CPU benchmark
For the CPU park of the comparison, the I7-1165G7 performed better in both tests, with a 31% lead in 3D rendering in Cinebench 15, and was 0.8 seconds faster in Photoshop.

GPU benchmark
Moving over to the GPU tests, the Iris Xe graphics inside the Core i7 wiped the floor with its counterpart, scoring 102%, 124%, and 74% higher in 3DMark Fire Strike, Unigine Heaven 4.0, and Unigine Superposition respectively.

Conclusion
To conclude this comparison, The Intel Core i7-1165G7 prevailed against the Intel Core i5-1135G7. For the CPU benchmarks, it was 31% faster in Cinebench and 0.8 seconds faster in Photoshop. As for the Graphics, the Iris Xe Graphics G7 was undoubtedly better than the Iris Xe Graphics G7 inside the Core i5, due to its higher core count. It was on average 100% better across all of our tests.

100+% better in Games with 20% more EUs? That makes absolutely no sense and is vastly different to other tests I found online. Other publications attest the 1165G7 around 10%-20% more performance in games, which is what you would expect. I would overthink your testing methods or at least check if other factors (like power limitations) are at play in these specific models….
As pointed out by Jerome, the results for the i5-1135G7 can’t be correct. I just ran a couple of tests on my Lenovo L14 Gen 2 (i5-1135G7, 2x8GB DDR4-3200) and got:
