Benchmarks

Results are from the 3DMark: Time Spy (Graphics) benchmark (higher the score, the better)

Results are from the 3DMark: Fire Strike (Graphics) benchmark (higher the score, the better)

Results are from the Unigine Superposition benchmark (higher the score, the better)

The charts above show an approximate comparison between the two GPUs that can be found in Acer Aspire 5 and ASUS VivoBook Pro 17 N705 respectively. Judging by the results from our benchmark tests, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 outperforms the MX130 with the astonishing 153% when it comes to the Fire Strike (Graphics) benchmark. It also delivers significantly better performance in our Unigine Heaven 3.0 and 4.0 tests (36-149% better). On top of all this, GeForce GTX 1050 surpasses its opponent with around 83% as far as the Unigine Superposition benchmark is concerned.

Conclusion

We can conclude that the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 turns out to be a far better choice compared to its opponent given the huge difference in their benchmark results.
