What we have for you are two new educational 2-in-1 series by Lenovo – Lenovo 300e and Lenovo 300e Chromebook respectively. Both of them are designated to facilitate the life of students.

Under the hood, Lenovo 300e is powered by up to an Intel Pentium N4200 processor, while the 300e Chromebook packs a MediaTek MT8173 CPU. In terms of graphics options, the former comes with either Intel HD Graphics 505 or Intel HD Graphics 505 GPU as opposed to Imagination PowerVR GX6250 for the latter. Moving on, you are presented with up to 8 GB of LP-DDR4 DRAM in combination with up to 128GB SSD for storage when it comes to Lenovo 300e and up to 4 GB of DDR3L RAM, as well as up to 32GB SSD for storage in Lenovo 300e Chromebook.

Additionally, both models feature an 11.6-inch IPS display with HD (1366 x 768) resolution. They also feature a 360-degree hinge design that allows the students to switch between multiple modes according to their learning needs. Lenovo’s engineers have also made sure both educational convertibles have military-grade durability – the semi-rugged design makes them drop-and bump-resistant. In addition, Lenovo 300e and 300e Chromebook easily fit in any backpack as they feature pretty portable dimensions – 301 x 213 x 23.3 mm and 292 x 204 x 21.2 mm respectively.

Now, let’s take a look at the connectivity options the models have to offer. Lenovo 300e comes with 1x USB 3.0 Type-A port, 2x USB 2.0 Type-A ports, HDMI, microSD card reader, combo audio jack, as well as Security Lock slot. On the other hand, Lenovo 300e Chromebook provides you with 1x USB 3.0 Type-C port, 1x USB 3.0 Type-A port, HDMI, SD card reader, combo audio jack, as well as Security Lock slot.
