    ASUS VivoBook S15 S532 in-depth review

Well, well, well... look at who has boarded the ScreenPad train - the ASUS VivoBook S15 S532. It is the direct successor to the VivoBook S15 S530, who we have dubbed as one of the best 15-inchers for the asked price. The laptop we have with us today, looks pretty similar, once again, embodying the ErgoLift hinge, however it has a little edgier shapes.Hardware-wise it is almost the same, with the major overhaul being the use of GeForce MX250 instead of the MX150 (which are also quite the same, honestly). However, the biggest change we see, undoubtedly, lays inside the touchpad - literally. ASUS has given the VivoBook S15 S532 the premium treatment we saw last year on the ZenBooks. On paper, everything seems just too right. Let's see how is it in practice. You can check the prices an[...]

    Disassembly, maintenance and upgrade options

ASUS VivoBook S15 S532 is not a huge hardware change from its predecessor. However, on the outside, it looks edgier and more let's say - premium. However, how does it look on the inside? Is it looking more into the future, or it is just a copy of the VivoBook S15 S530.Check out all ASUS VivoBook S15 S532 prices and configurations in our Specs System, or read our In-Depth review.1. Remove the bottom plate Its bottom plate is held in place by 10 Phillips head screws. After removing them we found it kind of difficult to pop the panel up since its clips are pretty strong. However, w[...]

    Office Work

Office Work should be used mostly by users who spend most of the time looking at pieces of text, tables or just surfing. This profile aims to deliver better distinctness and clarity by keeping a flat gamma curve (2.20), native color temperature and perceptually accurate colors.

    Design and Gaming

This profile is aimed at designers who work with colors professionally, and for games and movies as well. Design and Gaming takes display panels to their limits, making them as accurate as possible in the sRGB IEC61966-2-1 standard for Web and HDTV, at white point D65.

    Health-Guard

Health-Guard eliminates the harmful Pulse-Width Modulation (PWM) and reduces the negative Blue Light which affects our eyes and body. Since it’s custom tailored for every panel, it manages to keep the colors perceptually accurate. Health-Guard simulates paper so the pressure on the eyes is greatly reduced.
