Lenovo Ideapad 730S has a high-quality screen which is safe for your eyes

Lenovo Ideapad 730S (in-depth review) has a 13-inch screen and it’s obviously not targeted at designers but take a look at the results from the LaptopMedia laboratory! The model uses AUO B133HAN05.1 (LEN8190) IPS panel with Full HD resolution. Besides the expected great viewing angles it has excellent contrast ratio – 1520:1 and very high maximum brightness – 330 cd/m2.

It covers almost all sRGB colors (97%) and the color accuracy with our Design and Gaming profile is close to some high-end monitors – DeltaE = 1.2.

Regarding the health impact – the panel doesn’t use the harmful PWM for controlling the brightness which in combination with the high contrast ratio means that it will be comfortable to use even for long hours of continuous work.
