There are two almost the same CPUs in the Intel’s Ice Lake lineup – Core i5-1035G4 and Core i5-1035G1. The main hardware difference is the integrated GPU. Core i5-1035G4 is equipped with the mid-range Intel Iris Plus Graphics G4 while i5-1035G1 has the entry-level one – G1.

So, let’s see what’s the difference between those CPUs and their iGPU’s.

Both CPU’s are almost identical in terms of tech specs. The Core i5-1035G4 has a 100MHz higher base and boost frequencies. Every other specification is the same. Except for the integrated graphics – as we said, i5-1035G4 uses an Intel Iris Plus G4 (with 48 EUs) while i5-1035G1 has UHD Graphics G1 (with 32 EU).
