Razer announced a new low-profile mechanical keyboard for 2-in-1 devices and tablets

Razer has made a name for itself as a manufacturer that offers gaming products with great design and high quality. The American company continues its development, and we witnessed the announcement of its newest product today – Mechanical Keyboard Switch. As the name suggests, Razer’s catalog is now richer with a mechanical keyboard meant for 2-in-1devices and tablets.

It is characterized by an extremely low profile which provides both quality and comfort. Additionally, the key travel is 1.6 mm and the activation point – 0.9 mm. Razer has not yet announced what technologies have been used in the manufacturing process for the keyboard to have such dimensions, considering the much bigger size of standard mechanical keyboards. This device will be first used in a combination with Apple iPad Pro via Bluetooth. Knowing the standard prices of Razer products, it is not surprising that Mechanical Keyboard Switch will sell for around $ 170.
