[FPS Benchmarks] Gears 5 on NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Ti (95W) and RTX 3050 (75W) – RTX 3050 Ti is 25% faster on average
Gears 5 continues the story of Gears Of War 4. This means you’re going to see a lot of already known characters from the predecessor in the newer game. The story of the game is interesting, you’re going to battle a lot of enemies in different locations, and some of them look simply beautiful.
This is possible thanks to the good graphics of the title – the game is based on Unreal Engine 4. Compared to the previous title, Gears 5 is definitely a step forward. Moreover, the game is well-optimized and it’s not that heavy. In most cases, a good mid-range GPU is fine for Ultra details. For this article, we’re going to compare two not-so-expensive RTX video cards – the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Ti (95W) and RTX 3050 (75W).

Verdict
On average, the GeForce RTX 3050 Ti [95W] is 25% faster compared to the GeForce RTX 3050 [75W] no matter the visual quality. Both siblings perform well but the 95W GPU offers more FPS which leads to a bit smoother gameplay experience (at least in most cases). However, even the 75W GPUs can reach the 60 FPS mark on Ultra, and this is a good score for such a product.
