The new Intel Iris iGPUs have been great, in terms of providing adequate performance that can be better than some discrete GPUs. Today we will be comparing the new Intel Iris Xe Graphics G7 against the Intel UHD Graphics, to see just how much of an improvement there has been.

|Memory type||shared memory||shared memory|
We witnessed complete destruction on the side of the new Intel Iris Xe Graphics G7, which is to be expected. With over 400% (4 times) advantage in all of our tests, it is the undisputed winner of this comparison. It’s great to see how far Intel has come when it comes to graphics performance and we can’t wait to see what else they have prepared.
