[FPS Benchmarks] Apex Legends on NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 (130W) and RTX 3060 (130W) – RTX 3080 is 35% faster on Max details

Apex Legends is one of the most popular battle royale games ever. It uses Valve’s Source engine and it definitely looks good. Aside from that, the gameplay is interesting (like many other decent games from the same genre), and it’s a free-to-play game so you don’t have to buy it. That’s why for this comparison we’re going to inspect the performance of the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 (130W) and RTX 3060 (130W).

    Verdict

So, everything is clear like day and night – on Low both GPUs are showing almost equal results but when you crank up the details, the bigger GPU has the upper hand. On Medium, the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 (130W) is 15% faster and on Max details, the bigger sibling is 35% faster and that is a lot. Still, if you don’t mind 184 FPS on Max details, the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 (130W) can offer you great performance when it comes to Apex Legends.
