[FPS Benchmarks] Battlefield V on NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 [40W and 50W] – the 50W GTX 1650 pushes 68 FPS on Ultra details

Battlefield V is being around since 2018 but despite that, this title is a great-looking game if you bump the visual quality. The single-player campaign is interesting but the main focus of this game is its multiplayer mode where up to 64 players can battle each other for capturing points and fragging as many enemy players as possible.

The Frostbite 3 engine shows what is capable of in this game. Some of the maps include jaw-dropping details like beautiful forests or destroyed towns. So many details are taxing the hardware as well. Battlefield V isn’t very light and if you want to play multiplayer with a comfortable amount of FPS, you’re going to need something powerful.

Speaking of power, we-re about the check the performance of the GeForce GTX 1650 [40W, 896 CUDA, GDDR6] and the GeForce GTX 1650 [50W, 1024 CUDA, GDDR5]

    Verdict

It seems that both GPUs are a worthy investment if you don’t want to stretch your wallet too much for playing Battlefield V. On Low 100+ FPS are not a problem for the two competitors, while on Medium the GeForce GTX 1650 [40W] hit 74 FPS, where the 50W rival is 20% faster. This gap applies to High and Ultra as well.

The GeForce GTX 1650 [50W] shows decent performance even the visual options are set to the max level – 68 FPS is a good result for this kind of video card. The GeForce GTX 1650 [40W] is doing a decent job as well because it is close to the 60 FPS mark.
