[FPS Benchmarks] Borderlands 3 on NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 (130W) and RTX 3070 (85W) – expectedly the 130W GPU is always faster

Borderlands 3 engine features a cell shading tech which makes the title quite unique looking. Its almost cartoonish graphics stand out from the other titles on the market. Despite that, if you want to max out the graphics setting you’ll find that you’re going to need something more than an average gaming laptop.

But don’t worry, if you aren’t greedy for maximum visual quality, the High preset offers almost the same picture alongside higher FPS. Speaking of FPS, let’s check some 2021 GPUs like the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 (130W) and RTX 3070 (85W) and we’ll see what they can offer in terms of performance.

Actually, the results are quite okay – even the smaller GPU can deliver 67 FPS on Badass preset and probably that will be enough for most people. The 130W sibling is always faster – if we have to be more specific it’s 20% faster on average and yes, 81 FPS with maxed-out visuals is a good result.

Still, if you need a bit more FPS just drop down the settings a little bit. You’ll not be going to lose too much picture quality.
