Verdict
Expectedly, the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 (165W) is (21%) faster. It has more CUDA core, higher frequencies, and bigger TGP – this is where the extra performance comes from. In the meantime, the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 (140W) isn’t slow at all, and it performs just fine delivering 80 FPS on Ultra quality.
