World Of Tanks (WoT) is a super successful free-to-play game. Its successor, which is called World Of Tanks Encore is no different and it is free-to-play as well. The title comes with more eye-candy graphics but it’s still a light game and you can play it with a lot of modern low-end GPUs.
You know the drill, that’s a multiplayer game and high FPS is always a welcomed extra. Speaking of high FPS, for today’s comparison, we have prepared for testing two of the most powerful graphics solutions on the market in the middle of 2020 – NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 (165W) and RTX 3070 (140W). Verdict
On Low, both GPUs are showing equal results but as soon as you switch to Medium, the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 (165W) shows its power and it delivers 31% more FPS which is a really nice performance bump. On Ultra things aren’t different and the bigger GPU is 28% faster.
However, the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 (140W) is a top performer as well. Sure, it can’t deliver the same results as its bigger sibling but its performance is enough even for the heaviest games on the market and it’s cheaper compared to the 165W monstrosity.
