Small, smaller, smallest, One Mix 3S.

This little fella is equipped with an Amber Lake Core i3-10110Y. It’s a 2-core 4-thread CPU which is enough for Web browsing, HD videos, and editing MS Office documents. Browsing with a lot of opened tabs isn’t a problem since the little “dwarf” has 8GB RAM. The fast 256GB NVMe SSD provides a seamless experience, fast boot and fast load times (in games, or when opening a document/browser). For 4K videos or light games you can rely on the iGPU – Intel UHD Graphics.

The display is an 8.4″ IPS one with a whopping 2K resolution (2560×1600) and touchscreen capabilities. Sound good, a lot of modern 15-inchers have 1080p resolution but our tiny friend has double the resolution and 358 ppi. You can use a stylus (not included in the retail box) for drawings or writing old-school notes with a pen on a “virtual” paper. The aspect ratio of the screen is 16:10 which is very suitable for Web browsing or typing because of the added vertical screen space.

The device has a big battery unit – 8600mAh that will allow you more autonomous work (up to 12 hours – manufacturer info) when you are away from the Type-C charger. Portability is another strong key selling point – 0.65 kg weight, 14.9mm profile and 8.4″ screen – you can “hide” this laptop in your pockets and you can take it with you everywhere because it weighs nothing.

The ports options are fine for a tiny device – one USB 3.0 (Type-C), a USB 3.0 (Type-A), an HDMI, headphones jack, and a microSD slot. For connectivity, you can use Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac) and Bluetooth 4.0. You can connect a bigger screen with the aid of the Type-C port or HDMI.

Other goodies – licensed version of Windows 10, so you can be always updated with the latest security patches and new software from Microsoft.
