Acer Swift 14 AI in-depth review

In 2025, laptops with AI features can be found in every price class. The Swift 14 AI (SF14-61T) is a small device that is powered by mighty Strix Point Zen 5 CPUs which offer pretty potent iGPUs and up to 50 TOPS of NPU power. The device is thin and light, and that's why we aren't surprised by the soldered memory. Actually, the max amount of 32GB LPDDR5x memory is quite generous for daily or office work. The connectivity is up to date thanks to the soldered Wi-Fi 7 card. The port selection is also rich, we like the presence of two full-function USB4 connectors. Our machine is equipped with a 1200p IPS touchscreen. It's a color-accurate unit with vibrant colors. Step 1: Opening the Acer Swift 14 AI (SF14-61T)Shut down the laptop and place it on a stable surface. Undo the ten Torx-head screws securing the bottom panel. Pop the two areas behind the hinges using a thin plastic tool to create a gap. Office Work

Office Work should be used mostly by users who spend most of the time looking at pieces of text, tables or just surfing. This profile aims to deliver better distinctness and clarity by keeping a flat gamma curve (2.20), native color temperature and perceptually accurate colors.

    Design and Gaming

This profile is aimed at designers who work with colors professionally, and for games and movies as well. Design and Gaming takes display panels to their limits, making them as accurate as possible in the sRGB IEC61966-2-1 standard for Web and HDTV, at white point D65.

    Health-Guard

Health-Guard eliminates the harmful Pulse-Width Modulation (PWM) and reduces the negative Blue Light which affects our eyes and body. Since it’s custom tailored for every panel, it manages to keep the colors perceptually accurate. Health-Guard simulates paper so the pressure on the eyes is greatly reduced.
