ADATA announces XPG SPECTRIX D40 – DDR4 RAM module with customizable RGB lighting

But let us have a closer look at the product’s specifications. It is a flagship model of the XPG gaming series whose tests have been developed in partnership with Intel so as to ensure the highest possible performance when working with the premium platform X299. Additionally, this bad boy boasts an SPD (serial presence detect) feature allowing excellent combination with Intel XMP 2.0. Also notable is the fact that D40’s starting speed is 2666 MHz and it also has a factory overclocking frequencies of over 4000 MHz. Yet another very important aspect of this device is its compatibility with AMD AM4 motherboards.
