Dell Inspiron 5558 (15 5000) comes to Europe – configurations, specs and prices
Recently, Dell announced its refreshed business / mainstream line – Inspiron 5558 (15 5000). It has been launched in some Asian countries but now it’s on the European market too and we researched a little to find all the configurations available, as well as their lowest prices.
The new model brings back the optical drive and replaces the old AMD Radeon R7 M270 GPU with the latest entry-level GeForce video card – 920M.
The cheapest configuration we found (in Hungary) will cost you 399 EUR and features an Intel Core i3-4005U processor, Intel HD Graphics 4400 and 4GB RAM.
If you are willing to spend 96 EUR more (495 EUR), you’ve can get the model with Intel Core i5-5200U and NVIDIA GeForce 920M discrete graphics.
If the CPU performance of i5-5200U is not enough, you can shift to the version with Core i7-5500U. It looks like Hungary once again takes the crown for the cheapest offer – we found it for 687 EUR (i7-5500U, 8GB RAM and GeForce 920M).
If you are interested in this model, you will be happy to know that Inspiron 5558 is already in our labs, so you can expect the in-depth review soon.
