Lenovo Miix 630 – new tablet with Snapdragon 835

Today we will be taking a look at the 10.5mm thick Lenovo Miix 630 – a tablet with a big screen that can be connected to a keyboard dock.

You can check its in-depth specs and more information here: https://laptopmedia.com/series/lenovo-miix-630/

As you might expect, this bad boy does not employ the latest and greatest Whiskey Lake chips – it actually uses the Qualcomm Snapdragon 835. Graphics-wise, you are presented with Qualcomm Adreno 540. Another important specification is the memory capacity which in our case is up to 4GB of RAM. The Miix 630 also has to offer up to a 128GB SSD for storage.

Display-wise, Lenovo has chosen a 12.3”, WUGVA+ (1920 x 1280), IPS display which means that you get contrasty colors, wide viewing angles, and high image detail. For a tablet, this is a pretty big screen and this makes it suitable for more serious work, especially when coupled with the keyboard docking station. The device also sports a 48Wh battery which is good for this size. As for the keyboard, we are happy to say that it is backlit.

If you are not sure that this is the right choice for you, here are several alternatives – Microsoft Surface Pro 6, Apple MacBook (Mid-2017), Acer Switch 7 (SW713-51), HP Envy x2, and ASUS NovaGo.
