MAX OUT: Breaking the World Record with Acer Nitro 17 and its RTX 4070

You’re probably already familiar with our MAXOUT endeavor, where we strive to optimize the most popular notebooks for maximum performance without any compromises.

This project has become an eBook, where we teach you how to do it yourself. You can purchase it here:

Sometimes, we test specific models and complete all the necessary steps in advance. So, if you happen to own (or plan to buy) the same model, you can simply use our pre-made overclocking, BIOS, and software settings that we’ve already tested in our labs.

The Acer Nitro 17 (AN17-41) is one of the notebooks we’ve thoroughly tested, and we’re excited to announce that we’ve broken the world record in 3DMark TimeSpy, achieving the highest score in the most popular graphics benchmark.

The performance boost is remarkable, with up to a 17% gain in games like Shadow of the Tomb Raider, where the AN17-41 runs at an average of 151 FPS in its factory condition (1080p / Medium settings) and reaches 175 FPS after our modifications.
