The until recently most powerful NVIDIA GPU – GeForce GTX 1080 Ti has been selling for some time now and manufacturers offer various iterations of this model. Additionally, the GPUs wear blue “apparel” and what comes as a first impression is their sizes, or their thickness, to be more precise. They occupy three slots and this is due to the new technology used by the company which is four fans positioned in a configuration of 2+2. In other words, two pairs of fans on top of each other. According to the company, this will significantly increase cooling efficiency.

The GameRock models will be supplied by two 8-pin PCIe connectors. Apart from the visual experience, ensured by RGB lighting, the GPUs have two BIOS files and you will be able to select one of them with the help of a switch. Also, the two GPUs are clocked at respectively 1505/1556 MHz base frequency and 1620/1670 MHz in boost mode. If you are using the integrated OC profile, you will get a frequency increase of 1518/1594 MHz in base mode and 1632/1708 in boost mode. The chips will work side by side with 11 GB of GDDR5X VRAM with a frequency of 11 000 MHz.

The two GPUs will feature similar I/O panels boasting three Display Port 1.4 outputs, HDMI 2.0 and DVI connectors. Despite the lack of official information, it is believed that the prices of  Palit GameRock GTX 1080 Ti and GameRock GTX 1080 Ti Premium will be around $800.
