ROG’s Wildest COMPUTEX 2026 Device Was a Laptop With Two Full OLED Screens

ROG knows how to grab attention. At COMPUTEX 2026, ASUS’ gaming brand showcased some of the most striking hardware on the floor: a dual-screen laptop, an OLED handheld bundled with AR glasses, and a new lineup of OLED gaming monitors.

Here is what you need to know about the new lineup.

ROG Zephyrus Duo 2026: Two Full Screens

The ROG Zephyrus Duo 2026 is easy to understand: it packs two full-size 16-inch OLED screens into one laptop. There are no awkward half-displays here. This setup makes multitasking effortless. You can game on one screen while keeping Discord, a video editor, or reference materials open on the other. The real question is whether you will use the second screen every day, or if it makes the laptop too bulky and expensive for your normal routine.

ROG Xbox Ally X20 & XREAL AR Glasses: A Premium Bundle

ROG finally gave the Ally handheld the screen it deserves. The Xbox Ally X20 features a 7.4-inch OLED panel with better contrast and faster response times, making it a major upgrade over the original.

However, there is a catch. ASUS is selling it as a 20th Anniversary bundle with ROG XREAL R1 AR glasses. While the glasses give you a massive 171-inch virtual screen that looks great in a demo, they also force you into a much more expensive package. For many users, the AR glasses will be a fun accessory, but others will likely hold out for a standalone OLED Ally.

ROG OLED Monitors: Speed and Image Quality

While laptops and handhelds steal the spotlight, monitors are what you look at every day. ROG introduced two standout OLED displays. The 32-inch Swift OLED gives you high-end 4K gaming with a dual-mode feature, letting you drop the resolution to 1080p to hit a massive 480Hz refresh rate. For hardcore competitive players, the 24.5-inch Strix OLED hits 540Hz. Both feature glossy coatings for deeper blacks, though we still need to see how they handle glare and text clarity in normal rooms.

    The Takeaway

ROG brought a lot of spectacle to COMPUTEX 2026, but the ideas behind the hardware are solid. The Zephyrus Duo 2026 makes dual-screen laptops practical. The Xbox Ally X20 delivers the OLED handheld experience gamers want, even if the AR glasses bundle complicates the price. Meanwhile, the new monitors push display tech further for both casual and competitive players. The next step is seeing how these devices hold up in everyday use.
