Sony Xperia X Performance is the new leader in our 3D/Gaming rankings

A few days ago we reviewed Sony Xperia X Performance, the Japanese company’s current flagship model. It runs on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 mobile processor, which includes the Adreno 530 – a guarantee of good CPU and GPU benchmark results in the tests we conduct.

Sure enough, the X Performance placed remarkably highly on our 3D gaming speed and performance ranking lists. The device even boasts a tentative leadership position in the the 3D gaming rankings after dethroning the nearly perennial leader Samsung Galaxy S7 edge. In CPU performance the device ranks fourth, hot on LG G5’s tail, which also makes use of the Snapdragon 820 chip. You can see both ranking lists here:
