The HP Pavilion 14-ce1000 series is good for office tasks and is easy on your pocket

The star of our article today is good for people who need a modest notebook for office tasks or just a regular daily driver. We are talking about the HP Pavilion 14-ce1000 so let’s get to the specifics.

You can check its in-depth specs and more information here: https://laptopmedia.com/series/hp-pavilion-14-ce1000/

As expected, this Pavilion does not come with the latest and greatest processor – an Intel Core i5-8265U is your only option. Graphics-wise, we are not surprised to find the integrated Intel UHD Graphics 620 GPU which will be just alright for office tasks. In the memory department, the best you could get is up to 8GB of RAM. Additionally, storing your files will be a task for the up to 256GB SSD space. This comes to further emphasize the fact that you will mainly be using this device on the go.

Decent screen quality is ensured by a 14.0”, Full HD (1920 x 1080), IPS display. This means you will enjoy good detail, contrasty colors, and comfortable viewing angles. Furthermore, the machine is lightweight as it tips the scale at 1.59 kg. A good addition is the available USB-C port.

If something’s bothering you, alternatives to this bad boy are the likes of ASUS VivoBook Flip TP301UA and ASUS Q304.

I have the HP pav/14. What games are good at that? And is there a controller, I’d really like a console-style controller over the mouse/keyboard.
