We tested ASUS ZenFone Max’s 5000 mAh battery and the results are incredible
Perhaps the most impressive feature of ASUS ZenFone Max is its 5000 mAh battery and as you’ve probably already noticed, we really enjoy running battery tests in our reviews. We’ve already performed most of the battery tests on the ZenFone Max and to get a grasp of the endurance, here are some of the results.
The conditions in which we run our tests are always the same – 120 cd/m2 screen brightness, turned on Wi-Fi and turned off 3G, GPS and Bluetooth. In the W-Fi browsing challenge, ZenFone Max endured for 1114 minutes (18 hours and 34 minutes). In the video playback test, the score was even more impressive 1295 minutes (21 hours and 35 minutes). We were very pleased with the result in our most demanding test – the 3D gaming – where it took 660 minutes (11 hours) to completely drain ZenFone Max’s battery. In our in-depth review on the model, we’ll include the results from the other battery tests along with more information about the performance, temperatures, camera and design and construction of the phone.
