You can still upgrade to Windows 10 for free
Two months ago we found out the new Windows 10 had gained market dominance and become the first version of this OS to be popularized so quickly. Perhaps, this is due to the small window that would appear in all older OS versions (Windows 7, 8, or 8.1), informing us that we could upgrade to Windows 10 free of charge.
However, the time of free upgrades was approaching its end – the last day you could upgrade to Windows 10 for free was 29th July. Today is 2nd August, and guess what – there is still a chance to download the installation file of the one-year-old OS. Use this link to download an .exe file that will start this process.
Microsoft shared that only those of us who use “Assistive” technologies will be able to install Windows 10 for free. Despite this, when the file was started and during the installation, we were not asked to confirm that we’re using even one “Assistive” technology. We are unsure how long this chance will be available but if you’ve missed the deadlines and still want to use the latest Microsoft OS, we suggest that you make up your mind.
