CPU benchmark
In Cinebench 15, which puts the CPUs through a 3D Rendering test, the Core i5-1135G7 was 17% better than its opponent. As for the Photoshop test, here the Tiger-Lake processor was the winner as well, being a whole second faster than its competition.

GPU benchmark
Moving over to the GPU results, the newer Iris Xe Graphics G7 scored higher across all of our benchmarks. To go into detail, it was 21% better in 3DMark Fire Strike, 8% in Unigine Heaven 4.0, and 45% in Unigine Superposition. In the gaming tests, there were some close scenarios, but for the most part, the Iris Xe Graphics G7 was the better performer.

Conclusion
To conclude the results from above, the Core i5-1135G7 was overall the better CPU. It smashed the processor part of the comparison, by being 17% better in 3D Rendering and a whole second faster in Photoshop. Moving over to the GPU benchmarks, here the Iris Xe Graphics G7 with 80 Execution Units was without a doubt the better iGPU. It was 21%, 8%, and 45% better in 3DMark Fire Strike, Unigine Heaven 4.0, and Unigine Superposition respectively.
