[Comparison] Intel Core i7-1195G7 vs Core i7-1185G7 – Much of the same
What happens when you take a CPU, play with the clock speeds a little, and call it a day. You get two more CPUs that you can sell for a higher price while claiming a performance improvement, despite laptop CPUs being heavily tied to their cooling when it comes to performing.
This is what Intel did with their Core i7-1165G7, which is a neat 15W chip for small and portable laptops. Similar to Ryzen’s Pro series CPUs, Intel has their Evo platform, which offers CPUs with higher stability and performance, which is pretty important for businesses. Today we have two of these Intel Evo chips, which we are putting head-to-head to see the performance difference between them.
Today we are comparing the Intel Core i7-1195G7 against the Core i7-1185G7.
