[FPS Benchmarks] Call of Duty: Modern Warfare on NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 (90W and 115W) – 12% lead for the bigger sibling

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare is a very successful reboot for the series. The single-player campaign is interesting as always (with iconic Captain Price character), the multiplayer is fun with its well-known game modes and some new ones as well, and of course – there is a battle royal mode. Probably the latter is the main reason for the popularity of this game.

This is the first COD game that features a new engine – it was about time for something new. The new one (IW 8.0) looks very good and it’s better optimized compared to the old engine.

Without further ado, let’s see what the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 (90W) and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 (115W) are capable of.

    Verdict

It seems that the difference between the two GPUs isn’t that big but at the same time, it’s enough to say that the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 [115W] is clearly faster. Well, a 12% performance bump on average isn’t that much but in the multiplayer mode, this kind of difference will be more crucial.

Aside from that, both GPUs are fast enough to push a lot of FPS on Medium – and maybe that’s the safe bet here because the game looks okay and the gameplay experience is a bit smoother.
