[FPS Benchmarks] Doom Eternal on NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Ti (95W) and RTX 3050 (75W) – RTX 3050 Ti is 34% faster on average

Just like the previous games from the series, Doom Eternal offers single-player and multiplayer modes as well. Тhe singleplayer mode can keep you busy for long hours, especially if you like to play on some of the higher difficulty levels and you want to complete all the in-game achievements.

Visually, the game looks great and at the same time, the optimization is definitely good. Even a not-so-powerful GPU like the even low-end dGPUs like the NVIDIA GeForce MX450 (GDDR6 / 25W) can show around 43 FPS on Low quality which is a good example of how good the optimization is. However, if you have a high-refresh display and you want to see at least 144FPS or even more alongside Ultranightmare quality, well, your device should be at least a decent mid-ranger. For this comparison, we have prepared two entry-level RTX GPUs – the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Ti (95W) and RTX 3050 (75W).

    Verdict

At the end of the day, it seems that the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Ti (95W) is 34% faster on average compared to the GeForce RTX 3050 (75W). That’s a big performance gap and the 95W GPU can give you a significant FPS boost compared to its smaller sibling. On the other hand, if you don’t care that match about the FPS values, the 75W video card is fast enough for 101 FPS on Ultra Nightmare quality and that is a good result as well.
