[FPS Benchmarks] God Of War on NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 (150W) and RTX 3070 Ti (150W) – insignificant difference
God Of War is a well-known title that has been ported to PC. The port is definitely a good one – the game seems well optimized and the graphics quality is definitely bumped. Kratos and his son Atreus will go through a lot of brutal fights and his son has a key role in some of them.
The title looks good and it’s not that heavy – with a mid-range GPU like the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 [Laptop, 140W] you can max out visuals with around 70 FPS. People with high refresh rate displays probably will want to see much higher FPS values and that’s why for today’s comparison we have prepared two RTX powerhouses with hefty TGPs – the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 (150W) and RTX 3070 Ti (150W).

Verdict
Well, it looks like both GPUs are very close in terms of performance when it comes to God Of War. We are talking about a performance gap of up to 2% and we can call that almost a tie result. It’s great to see that the game looks decent even on Low quality and in this scenario the two contenders can show more than 170 FPS. If you have a high-refresh-rate display, the sweet spot for the two rivals should probably be the Original or the High preset.
