[FPS Benchmarks] PUBG on NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 (130W) and RTX 3060 75W) – both are good enough for 144 Hz displays on Ultra quality

PUBG (PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds) is the benchmark when it comes to battle royal games. The game debuted in 2017 but it’s alive and kicking even today and it has a big fan base. The main goal is simple – one big open area for exploring, a lot of players on it, a lot of guns and ammo that are scattered all around the map, and of course, the last man standing wins the match.

The game isn’t the heaviest title on the market, but you’re going to need a good machine for Ultra details and high FPS. For today’s comparison, we have prepared the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 (130W) and RTX 3060 75W) – let’s see how fast are these two GPUs.

    Verdict

The NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 (130W) is the winner and that’s not a surprise – 168 FPS on Ultra is a respectable result. On the other hand, it looks like the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 (75W) performs well in this game and it isn’t that thirsty like its bigger sibling – 150 FPS on Ultra sounds okay for a 75W TGP. This means that both GPUs are ready for 144 Hz panels on maxed-out visuals.
