[FPS Benchmarks] PUBG on NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 (165W) and RTX 3070 (140W) – the RTX 3080 is 32% faster

PUBG is a well-known battle royale game and maybe it’s one of the most successful first-person shooters that has been released in the last few years. You know the drill, that’s a battle royale, you’re jumping from a plane like many other players, you’re landing on a huge map, and the last player standing wins the match.

When it comes to graphics, PUBG doesn’t look that good like some other games that belong to the same genre as Apex Legends or Call Of Duty: Warzone. But overall the picture quality is still okay. However, the game isn’t too heavy and you can achieve around 100 FPS on Ultra quality (based on our testing) with a not-so-expensive GPU like the GeForce RTX 3050 (75W).

For super-fast high-end displays that have 300 Hz or even 360 Hz frequencies, you’re going to need something powerful. That’s why for this article we’re going to examine the performance of the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 (165W) and RTX 3070 (140W) with the aid of PUBG.
