Verdict

The GeForce GeForce RTX 2060 [115W] is faster but the difference isn’t that significant. Sure, an 8% performance gap is at least something but it’s not that huge. The performance of both GPUs is fine no matter the visual preset but if you’re on a hunt for a new notebook and the price between both video cards is close, just get the 115W variant.
