The Witcher 3 is a great game that still can hold its ground when it comes to visual quality no matter the fact it was released back in 2015. The title is a pure PC game and that’s why it’s well optimized.

This means that a lot of modern iGPUs and low0end dGPUs can run it without a problem at least on Low settings. For people who want to play the game on Ultra quality with a high FPS, well, in this scenario a fast gaming device isn’t a bad idea.

That’s why for this comparison we decided to expect the performance of two AMD Navi mobile GPUs – the Radeon RX 6800M and RX 6600M.

Verdict

Just like in some other tests regarding these two GPUs we are observing the same thing – the gap between these two is getting bigger when the visual quality is increased. Ergo, the Radeon RX 6800M extends its lead from 29% on Low to 62% on Ultra quality – probably the main reason for this is the wider memory bus of the bigger GPU.

However, the Radeon RX 6600M is able to deliver almost 90 FPS on Ultra and that is a good result as well.
