[FPS Benchmarks] World Of Tanks Encore on NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Ti (95W) and RTX 3050 (75W) – the 95W GPU is just faster
World Of Tanks Encore is an evolution compared to the previous game – the first World Of Tanks game. If it ain’t broke don’t fix it – the core of the gameplay remains the same and that’s a good thing. However, it seems that the graphical side is decently upgraded compared to the predecessor.
Moreover, the game isn’t heavy at all. If you are okay with Low or Medium settings, you don’t need a powerhouse for 60 FPS. An iGPU like the AMD Radeon RX Vega 8 [R4000/5000, 15W] can show 377 FPS on Low and 55 FPS on Medium and that’s a good example of how light this game is. For this comparison, we’re going to examine the performance of two not-so-expensive RTX GPUs – the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Ti (95W) and RTX 3050 (75W).

Verdict
Expectedly, the 95W GPU is faster no matter the visual quality. It has a higher CUDA core count and a bigger TGP. On Medium, its performance is enough even for 240 Hz displays. On the other hand, the 75W sibling is a good performer – it can show more than 110 FPS on Ultra quality and this is a good result for an inexpensive GPU with 4GB of VRAM.
