[FPS Benchmarks] The Witcher 3 on NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 (90W and 115W) – both are fast enough for Ultra details
The Witcher 3 is a rare case – it’s a pure PC game and afterward, it was ported to consoles as well. It runs fine on most GPUs on the market, even some inexpensive graphics solutions like the GeForce MX350 or even iGPUs like AMD Radeon RX Vega 7 (Ryzen 4000) can run this game fine on Low-to-Medium settings.
This title was released in 2015 but it still looks good and in addition, there are a lot of visual enhancing mods for this game. However, the game is looking fine even in its vanilla version, and on Ultra you can still spot a good amount of fine details.
By the way, The Witcher 3 isn’t a tough cookie with maxed-out visuals for modern GPUs so let’s see how many FPS the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 (90W) and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 (115W) are able to show in this game.

Verdict
At the end of the day, it seems that both GPUs perform well in this game. Sure, the 115W will give you more performance but it’s hard to notice any difference between 118 FPS and 129 FPS (High preset). In short, the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 (115W) wins but the 90W GPU is a worthy competitor. These video cards are good enough for 144 Hz displays if you don’t need more than Medium settings.
