[Specs and Info] ASUS upgrades the Zenbook 14 OLED (UX3402) and the Zenbook Pro 16X OLED (UX7602) to kick off the new year well
The Zenbook 14 OLED (UX3402) and Zenbook Pro 16X OLED (UX7602) are two laptops that don’t really need a redesign, so a simple hardware upgrade would do the job.
This is what ASUS is thinking, deciding to not even create a new generation, but rather silently introduce the laptops to Raptor Lake processors and ADA 40-series graphics. All of the other things stay relatively the same, including the design and the port selection.
Today we’re giving you a quick overview of the ASUS Zenbook 14 OLED (UX3402) and Zenbook Pro 16X OLED (UX7602).

ASUS Zenbook 14 OLED (UX3402) configurations:
ASUS Zenbook Pro 16X OLED (UX7602) configurations:
Design
The laptops retain the design from last year, utilizing metal for a durable and stylish appearance. Both feature a different ASUS logo in different manners, with the 14-inch laptop having lines that run over the lid, which make an oversized logo, while the Zenbook Pro 16X OLED comes with a smaller logo, which lights up. Both devices come with the patented NumberPad, compensating for the lack of a physical touchpad, which usually sits beside the keyboard.
Display
The Zenbook 14 OLED retains the same display options from last year, while the bigger Zenbook Pro 16X OLED offers a new 3.2K (3200 x 2000) OLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate, 550 nits of peak HDR brightness, 100% DCI-P3 coverage, and a 0.2 ms response time.
Specifications and features
The Zenbook 14 OLED offers the Core i5-1340P and the Core i7-1360P, two Raptor Lake P-series CPUs with 12 cores and 16 threads, and very high boost clock speeds of up to 5.00 GHz. The Zenbook Pro 16X OLED comes with the Core i9-13900H and the Core i9-13905H with 14 cores and 20 threads. For graphics, you get some pretty powerful options, including the RTX 4070 and the RTX 4080, which if cooled well, will deliver good performance not only in professional workloads but in games as well, especially considering the beautiful and very fast OLED panel.
Speaking of cooling, the keyboard on the laptop lifts up, so there is a lot of space below, which the fans use to suck up the fresh air. We’ve seen this concept before, so we won’t be surprised if the laptop brings some good gaming performance.
