In our first benchmark, we can see that the Ryzen 5 4600H does a lot better than the Ryzen 7 3750H. In our second Photoshop benchmark, the newer addition to the Ryzen family is 27% faster than the other CPU.

All in all, the Ryzen 5 4600H takes the win in this comparison. It performs 56% faster on average than the Ryzen 7 3750H. Although both of these processors are a good choice for your system and you will not be disappointed with either of them, the better option will always be the Ryzen 5 4600H.
