Genesis Radon 800 review – nice priced headphones with virtual 7.1 surround sound

What’s in the box?

The internals are well-secured in a smaller box that is fitted inside the bigger one. There is an extra pair of ear pads in a compact cloth bag – they are made of soft material while the default pads are made of artificial (vegan) leather. In the box, you’ll also find the headphones (what a surprise) and a tiny box positioned just beneath them that contains a lot of goodies.

Inside are hidden a USB-A connector (for Virtual 7.1 sound), a 4-pin 3.5mm mini jack (if you prefer this connection you only get 2.0 Stereo sound), a 3.5mm 3-pin minijack splitter, and the detachable microphone. As always, there are some manuals too. Because of the abovementioned accessories, the Genesis Radon 800 is compatible with a big range of devices including PCs, laptops, different generations of consoles, smartphones, TVs, etc.
