Genesis Radon 800 review – nice priced headphones with virtual 7.1 surround sound

    Verdict

The Genesis Radon 800 is a great product, especially when you add the end price to the mix. The build quality is good, the headphones are comfortable to use, and the sound quality is definitely more than adequate. The thing that we liked the most is the amount of accessories that can be found in the package. There, you’ll find an additional pair of material pads, Type-A cable, a 4-pin 3.5mm mini jack, and a 3.5mm 3-pin minijack splitter. The microphone and the cable are detachable which is great and clean looking especially when you want to safely place the headphones in a backpack without breaking the microphones or tearing the cable.

The 7.1 surround sound is a good feature that is allowing you to hear the footsteps of your enemies while gaming. These headphones are also suitable for listening to music and watching movies thanks to the good sound quality. The design is a nice combination of modern and neutral aesthetics, so it’s not just gamers who are going to like this product. People who prefer more traditional designs may also be attracted to the Genesis Radon 800. We liked the fact that the headphones can lie fully flat and the volume control and the mic mute button are placed on the left ear cup and they are easily accessible.
